Meet Jim Wilkinson

I'm Jim Wilkinson—founder of That Grief Guy, grief coach, and workplace grief trainer with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life's most difficult seasons. Over the past decade, I've officiated at more than 2,500 funeral services, supporting over 10,000 people through bereavement. That experience represents more than 10,000 hours of direct, hands-on work in the grief space, offering comfort, clarity, and connection when it's needed most. Before founding That Grief Guy, I spent 15 years in pastoral ministry and several years in financial services, always working closely with individuals and groups through emotional and financial transitions.
