The idea of 'Boring Life' is a response to the 21st century escapism into 'adventure'. Not everything is an adventure, exciting or awesome and that's ok. 

When 'boring' everyday life is embraced it is a beautiful place of peace and acceptance of reality. It's brave to like, love and live in the daily grind of day to day reality. 

Making this website is boring, recording the podcast is boring, going to crossfire, play football, paint creating art, feeding the hungry are all. beautifully 'boring' things that we should jump straight in to and live for.

The world is not your oyster. Go to work, pay your rent, travel a little maybe even for a few years but eventually settle somewhere. Go food shopping, cook, eat, wash up and do it all agin the next morning. This is all wonderfully bright and boring because boring is brave, bright and beautiful. 

Words like 'normal, casual, beige, routine and regular' are fast becoming some of his favourite.
