Consider others first

There's possibly no better time….

Possibly, during peacetime there has been no better time to consider, serve and love others first. Putting others first, serving others before ourselves will act as a healing balm for ourselves, society and world in many ways.

Others first helps look beyond ourselves which, in a highly narcissistic culture is not a bad thing (it's not lost on me that in trying to decrease Facebook content and AI mining I've titled this blog after myself… Lol)

Others first is a pathway to bringing people together - reconciliation whereby there is no greater task.

Others first, for the Christian, is following in the way of Jesus. I've had far fewer people have a problem with Jesus than I have of those who have had a problem with the church or Christians. I'd go as far as to say that when anyone puts others first we are practicing the way of Christ regardless.

If only we could further hang our hats on Love being a verb not primarily a noun. If God is love then love is a verb.
