Coaching programme details
Practical information to read alongside the coaching overview before you decide to book.
Ending the programme early
If you end the programme early, clients paying before each session pay only for appointments attended and chargeable late cancellations or missed appointments. There is no charge for unused future sessions. For prepaid clients, unused sessions are refunded at £80 each, excluding appointments attended and chargeable late cancellations or missed appointments. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Rescheduling and missed appointments
You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, including exactly 48 hours. With less notice, or if you miss an appointment, the session is chargeable. If you have prepaid, it counts as one of your seven sessions, with no additional fee.
If I need to end the programme
I refund unused prepaid sessions at £80 each. Clients paying before each session face no further charges.
Technical failures
If a Google Meet or internet-connection failure prevents a coaching session from taking place, it will be rearranged at no extra charge and will not use one of the seven sessions, whether the failure is at my end or yours. Ordinary late-cancellation and missed-appointment rules remain separate.
Course access during coaching
Access to The Intentional Grief Course is included from your first coaching session until after your final session, or when the programme ends early. There is no automatic paid renewal.
Any course access you have purchased separately, or hold through another independent arrangement, keeps its own terms. Ending coaching does not remove those rights.
Starting before the cancellation period ends
Your booking becomes binding when I send written confirmation after you agree the programme terms. For a consumer booking made online, by email or by telephone, you can cancel without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until the end of 14 days after that day. Email info@jimwilkinson.me or send a clear cancellation statement to the company address in the Terms and Conditions. The cancellation form supplied with your booking information is optional.
If you would like coaching to start during that period, I will ask for your separate express written request. Starting does not itself waive your cancellation right. If you cancel, you pay proportionately for coaching actually supplied where the early-start requirements are met. These rights take priority over ordinary late-cancellation and early-ending charges. Any refund due is made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Between appointments
Email between sessions is for scheduling, practical questions and course-access help. Grief support by email between appointments is not included.
Service boundaries
Coaching provides grief education and support. It does not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis support.
I do not record or transcribe sessions or use AI note-taking tools. Please do not record, transcribe or use AI note-taking tools yourself unless expressly agreed beforehand.
