Group coaching
Group coaching brings comfort in connection.
This small, supportive community (minimum of five participants) works through The Intentional Grief Course together, with space to discuss insights, emotions, and themes that matter most to each person.
Format: Live online Zoom group, facilitated weekly.
Group Size: Minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 participants.
Session Length: 60 minutes
Investment: £349 per person [The equivalent to £49 a session].
Programme Length: Once a week for 7 weeks.
Group sessions are ideal if you want shared experience, understanding, accountability, and to progress alongside others walking a similar journey. Group coaching is specifically provided for men wanting real-time support, community & accountability.
