Together, we’ll work through The Intentional Grief Course step-by-step, taking time for deeper discussion, reflection, and tailored exercises.

Format: Online via secure video call (Zoom or Google Meet)

Duration: 7-week commitment (one session per week)

Session Length: 60 minutes

Investment: $100 per session

Group coaching brings comfort in connection.

This small, supportive community (minimum of five participants) works through The Intentional Grief Course together, with space to discuss insights, emotions, and themes that matter most to each person.

Format: Online via group video call

Group Size: Minimum of 5 participants

Session Length: 90 minutes

Investment: $30 per person, per session

Programme Length: 7 weeks

Group sessions are ideal if you want shared understanding, accountability, and healing alongside others walking a similar journey.
