These terms cover one-to-one grief coaching, funeral officiating, workplace training and online courses. Group coaching is an interest list only, with no confirmed programme currently available to book.
The applicable terms are supplied before you book or buy. A coaching booking becomes binding when Jim sends written confirmation after you agree the programme terms. Existing agreements and independent access rights are preserved.

1. Nature of Services
We provide grief education and support, funeral officiating and workplace training. Self-paced courses and one-to-one coaching are for adults aged 18 and over. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis support. No particular personal outcome is guaranteed.
2. Payments
Coaching is booked as seven 50-minute online Google Meet sessions. Choose £100 before each session (£700 for seven), or £560 paid upfront. Sessions are spaced by agreement and completed within six months of the first session, with extensions agreed when needed.
For workplace training, a 25% deposit confirms the booking. The balance and agreed travel expenses are due seven calendar days before training. Bookings confirmed within seven days require full payment on confirmation. Fees cover up to 15 participants: £150 for 60 minutes online; £250 for 120 minutes online; £500 for three teaching hours in person; £900 for six teaching hours in person. Breaks are scheduled separately. No VAT is added. Travel is quoted separately and agreed before booking.
Funeral officiating is individually quoted. Travel within a 20-mile radius of Wells is included; additional travel is quoted and agreed before booking. The funeral director pays within 30 days of the invoice.
The Intentional Grief Course costs £9.99 monthly, £49.99 annually or £89.99 as one lifetime payment. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Access is for one named learner; lifetime covers this course and its updates, not other courses, live Q&A or a community. Downloaded worksheets may be retained for personal use without sharing or resale. Existing access commitments are preserved.
The Workplace digital package costs £149.99 once for one named learner, including both courses for 12 months from activation after payment, with no automatic paid renewal. Facilitated-training attendees receive included access for 12 months from the training date through individual enrolment; independently held access keeps its own terms.
An advertised price change does not itself alter an existing subscriber’s agreed price or billing schedule. Any proposed higher renewal price requires at least 30 days’ email notice and, where Squarespace requires it, the learner’s own new signup. The current paid period remains unchanged.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Coaching Sessions
You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, including exactly 48 hours. With less notice, or if you miss an appointment, the session is chargeable. If prepaid, it uses one of your seven sessions, with no additional fee.
If you end early, unused prepaid sessions are refunded at £80 each, excluding attended or chargeable late-cancellation/missed appointments. Clients paying before each session have no charge for unused future sessions. If Jim ends the programme, unused prepaid sessions are refunded at £80 each and pay-before-each-session clients face no further charges.
If Google Meet or internet failure prevents a session, it is rearranged at no extra charge and does not use a session, whether the failure is at Jim’s or the client’s end.
Access to the included Intentional Grief Course runs from the first session until after the final session or early programme closure, without automatic paid renewal. Independent access is preserved.
For consumer distance bookings, cancellation is available without a reason from contract formation until the end of 14 days after that day. A clear statement to info@jimwilkinson.me or the registered address is sufficient; the supplied model form is optional. If coaching starts early at the client’s express written request after required information is given, only proportionate payment for services actually supplied is due on statutory cancellation. Refunds due are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notification, to the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed, with no refund fee. These statutory rights take priority over ordinary session charges.
Training Bookings
With at least 14 calendar days’ cancellation notice, the 25% deposit is retained and other training-fee payments are refunded. With less notice, the full training fee is payable. Only pre-agreed, non-recoverable travel costs already incurred are charged; unused or recovered travel payments are refunded.
One date change with at least 14 calendar days’ notice transfers payments to an agreed date within six months; additional travel costs are agreed separately. Less notice counts as cancellation, with the original training fee payable and a replacement date treated as a new booking. The same travel-cost rules apply.
If Jim cancels, the organisation chooses an agreed replacement date or a full refund of all payments made to the company, including deposit and travel payments.
Digital Products & Courses
You can request a full refund within 14 days of an initial paid course purchase, even if you have accessed it. This includes the £149.99 standalone Workplace digital package. The same promise applies within 14 days of each monthly or annual course renewal payment.
On a full refund, the entitlement supplied by the refunded payment ends and associated future renewals are cancelled; independently held access remains separate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
You can cancel future monthly or annual renewals at any time without a cancellation fee and keep access until the end of the paid period. Sign into your customer account and follow the cancellation steps for the relevant plan, or email info@jimwilkinson.me for help. This ordinary end-of-period cancellation is separate from a full refund that ends the relevant access.
4. Funeral services
Standalone eulogy-writing packages are no longer available for new bookings. Tribute preparation within a funeral arrangement and existing customer commitments remain supported. Families and funeral directors may enquire for an individual funeral-officiating quote.
5. Confidentiality
Information is treated confidentially. Identifiable information may be shared where required by law or necessary to address a serious risk of harm. Jim will inform the client first where safe and lawful, share only what is necessary with an appropriate recipient, and document the reason. The applicable lawful basis and any additional sensitive-data condition are assessed separately; this is not blanket consent to disclosure.
Monthly supervision uses anonymised cases: names, dates, locations and identifying contextual details are removed or generalised first. For routine funeral coordination, only practical arrangements and agreed service content are shared with funeral directors, not private family background or conversation notes.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
provide accurate information
attend sessions on time
participate respectfully in group settings
seek clinical or emergency support when needed
You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.
7. Data Protection
613 Consultancy Ltd is responsible for information used for enquiries, services and course accounts. Our Privacy Policy explains the information used, purposes and lawful bases, providers, retention and your rights. Accepting service terms is not blanket consent to personal-data processing. Where explicit consent is required for sensitive written coaching notes, it is requested separately from programme acceptance, early-start permission and optional marketing. 8. Liability
613 Consultancy Ltd will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill. Coaching offers grief education and support, and no particular personal outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
